Every Wednesday 4:30pm-5:45pm and Saturday 12:30pm-1:45pm join me for yin yoga and sound healing.
Yin Yoga is a beautiful passive style of yoga asana. Postures are held for 45 seconds to 5 minutes allowing for deeper relaxation and lengthening of the connective tissue. Yin is great for beginners as well as complementary to an active yoga practice. Adding the element of sound to help support longer holds, releasing habitual patterns held in the body and mind.
