Yoga Pura Gong Meditation

Gong meditation, a type of Sound therapy, is an ancient and powerful healing tool, aiding in stress reduction and breaking up emotional blockages.

In this 90 minute meditation we will learn pranayama and mantra techniques to center and revitalize ourselves. Then bask in the high vibration and healing sound of the gong to create deep relaxation, clear the mind reduce stress related issues such as: depression, fatigue, anger, hostility, fear and loneliness, stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning, and strengthen the immune system.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or blanket the size of a yoga mat. You are also welcome to bring a small pillow for under your knees, eye pillow, or anything you need that will fit on your mat to help you fully relax.

TUITION: $15 ($20 at the door)


Emily has been a practicing yogi for 20 years. Her training was conducted by well known gurus such as Yogi Bhajan, Bikram, and Rajashree Choudhury.
