Winter Solstice Gong Meditation

Join us for this special GONG MEDITATION led by Emily Blanche celebrating the Winter Solstice! 

Emily has been a practicing yogi for 20 years. Her training was conducted by well known gurus such as Yogi Bhajan, Bikram, and Rajashree Choudhury.  

In this 75 minute meditation we will use sound to regenerate the neurons and their interconnections,
create deep relaxation, clear the mind reduce stress related issues such as: depression, fatigue, anger, hostility, fear and loneliness, stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning, and strengthen the immune system.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or blanket the size of a yoga mat. You are also welcome to bring a small pillow for under your knees, eye pillow, or anything you need that will fit on your mat to help you fully relax.
