Fall Equinox Gong Meditation

Join us for this special GONG MEDITATION led by Emily Blanche celebrating the Autumnal Equinox, Sunday September 24th 5pm. 

Emily has been a practicing yogi for 20 years. Her training was conducted by well known gurus such as Yogi Bhajan, Bikram, and Rajashree Choudhury.  

In this 75 minute meditation we will use sound to regenerate the neurons and their interconnections,
create deep relaxation, clear the mind reduce stress related issues such as: depression, fatigue, anger, hostility, fear and loneliness, stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning, and strengthen the immune system.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or blanket the size of a yoga mat. You are also welcome to bring a small pillow for under your knees, eye pillow, or anything you need that will fit on your mat to help you fully relax.

Healing Sound Bath

This is a very special event that provides an experience of effortless healing meditation. The workshop includes light stretching from a seated position, pranayama (breathing) meditation and a long savasana while bathing in
the healing sound and vibration. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. This is ideal for students new to meditation as well as anyone wanting to depend their meditation practice.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.

Celebrate summer solstice by anchoring your intentions and meditating with the beautiful Mohl Ip installation by James Turrell. I will be using guided pranayama (mindfully breathing patterns) and singing bowls to stimulate deep states of meditation, relaxation and healing. Meditating on sound effortlessly ushers you into subtle states of consciousness by offering a point of stillness outside the busy mind. Participants can expect to walk away feeling calm, rejuvenated and clear. Gather with me and learn fruitful tools to stay present, relax your mind and expand your perspective.

Emily Blanche's yogic and mediation journey began in 1993. With the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Sevak Khalsa and Sangeet Khalsa, Emily began facilitating Gong ceremonies in 2009. Having seen and experienced these forms of healing to be super powerful. The feedback and results from people who have received these treatments is what inspires her to keep going. With 2 decades of experience and study she helps people tap into their own power of healing and transformation. We are all capable and have to start somewhere... so why not now.
