Sound and Breath Meditation
Heal, clear, and uplift with the vibrations of the gong and Pranayama (breath work.) Both the gong and Pranayama are ancient tools for transformation and peace. Gentle breathing techniques will bring calm and balance and the powerful vibrations of the gong will envelope participants in sounds that support deep release and relaxation. A soothing session will be created for your group, specific to your needs.
Reiki, a form of energy healing that originated in Japan, is a gentle yet effective way to relax and experience a profound healing space for body, mind, and emotions. Sessions are one on one and involve light touch and deep rest done fully clothed. Whatever you are seeking support for, Reiki can help! This session can also include sound healing if requested.
Private Yoga and/or Meditation Instruction
Yoga: Experience a private yoga class, specifically tailored to your needs and interests. Private yoga classes can be scheduled for one or two students to work directly with Emily. A class for your particular needs will be created and offered just for you. These classes are great for people who prefer one on one guidance, who want to explore particular postures more in depth, or who are navigating personal issues that could use more individual attention.
